Please help with my Anxiety

My overactive mind is killing me, so i just need a little bit of your expert advice to help me move on...

I gave a BJ to a guy, there was pre-cum and he ejaculated a little bit into my mouth which i spat out immediately. My concern is that my gums bleed occasionally, and i did bite my gum whilst eating food 24 hours prior to this. I understand that this is a low risk activity, but if it is so low, why are there so many guys claiming that the only way in which they got infected was via oral (giving).

BTW this was my first MSM experience, as i was Bi-Curious! so, I have explored my curiosity and I didn’t like it...

Thanks in Advance

There's not much more I can say different from what I already told you in my first response. You didn't have an HIV risk. The problem you're having is guilt. The only way to move on from this is to seek therapy to help work through your guilt. And recommitment to be a better husband to your wife. That's all you can do.

People say a lot of things that aren't true all the time. I can sit here and pretend I'm Lady Gaga, that doesn't make it true. You shouldn't believe everything you read online.

The science of how HIV can and can't infect someone is clear and has been repeatedly proven for probably longer than you've been alive. Experts have agreed that it's not possible to get infected by oral sex alone because saliva creates a hostile environment that renders the HIV virus inactive and unable to infect. So it's up to you if you want to believe science or if you want to believe some random people on the internet who are lying.

Hi Chima7 - Many Thanks for your response  - becouse it was my first MSM adventure (and last...) i think that i freaked out, and read WAY to much on google - thanks again
Hi Chima7 - I'm so sorry to repost, but I'm hurting so Bad...I know the only thing to do is to man-up and get tested, if I want real peace of mind but their is a side to this story which I haven't mentioned, and that is I feel that I have infected my wife....after I did what I did as mentioned in the OP, approx. 2 months later I had sex with my wife (I was working away). 9 days after sex, my wife came down with a strong cold, (sore throat, headache, sinus pain and coughing etc...) so from that point on, I believe that I infected her. What I did as mentioned in the OP was curiosity, which I regret whole heartedly, but the thought of infecting my wife, well that would be unbearable to live with! I know that this site and many others is full of worried wells, and most have a greater risk than I do, but I'm hurting soooo bad, mentally. As such, I was hoping that you could help me move on with my life by educating me a little more as to why I should not be concerned   - Many MANY Thanks
