Please help!!

I am a 33yo male and had unprotected oral sex with a female 6 weeks ago. I have had no symptoms at all until last week. My face feels extremely flushed like it is sunburnt and so does my neck. Has anyone who has been diagnosed with HIX experienced this? I am worrying myself to death and I don't know what to do. I was tested 2 weeks after exposure and it cme back negative, I know that was too soon. I am getting tested again tomorrow but if some of you could chime in and let me know if this is something of concern, I would greatly appreciate it.

according to experts here oral sex is zero risk
