Please help!

I met a women at a night club on oct 6, she is 50 yrs old white women. She told me got 3 kids and she have 2 grand kids too. She is separated from her husband. We ended up having sex that night and when she inserted my penis in condom came off and my penis was in her begonia for about few seconds. I immediately withdrew and we continued using new condom. Now I am scared and I asked her she said she is clean and she is very carefull as she works as a nurse. I still could not stop worrying. Should I get tested, what are the chances of transmission.

Please help me!

Your risk is extremely low--take a DUO test now,if it's negative-let it go.

First, the chance of a woman that you describe having HIV is close to zero (however, obviously nobody online can guarantee that she isn't infected). But even if she had HIV, the brevity of exposure would reduce your risk significantly. HIV isn't transmitted very efficiently in the first place for a normal episode of sex, and you were exposed for only a few seconds. Your chances of catching HIV from this are vanishingly small.

Yes, you should test, but you should also expect a negative result- the odds are overwhelmingly in your favor. Test for HIV at 3 months post-exposure for a conclusive result. This is really not something that you should be concerned about.
