Please help

Had possible exposure to high risk parthner. Oral no protection. Vaginal with protection but the condom had a tear t the upper half of the condom I have all rhe HIV symptoms. I tested negative at 32 days for Hiv with a blood test but positive for herpes simplex-1. 3 month's later still having symptoms. Cn the symptoms be from herpes or Should I be worried about HIV. Please help
