DEPERATE NEED FOR YOUR ADVICE

Hello , I would like to thank you all in advance and please dont be negative because i am mentally fragile right now . Please answer to the best of your ability . I am a straight male and i am 18 years of age . Around March of 2012 i engaged in frottage with a young lady who status is unknown . All i know is she gets sick frequently . We engaged in frottage and deep passionate kissing . I fingered her . It was dark so i really couldnt see much but i know i didnt have any deep wounds or cuts but i do bite my nails extremely low and bite my cuticles . Well some time after i remember getting sick . I had extreme chills and just felt sick (i do not remember specific details) . But i do remember we did not have penetrative sex but i did finger her quite rough . Okay well time passed and i engaged in the same sexual activites with another young lady in january of 2013 . She i believe was a virgin because she was extremely tight and felt pain when i inserted my finger . She gave me a handjob with spit as lubrication and we also kissed passionately . Around march of 2013 i began to feel joint stiffness and joint pain . It started in my knees and slowly progressed to my other joints . The pain was dull and came and went as it pleased and it is still here to this day . I started feeling like i was 45 instead of 18 . It started to feel better but continued up until this point . Around august i experienced a very anxiety filled experience when my girlfriend was raped . I began to have diarhea and lost of appetite and basically became disinterested in almost everything dor a few weeks . A few weeks ago i devoloped swollen lymph nodes throughout my body . I havent counted them but multiple in my neck . My groin and my armpit had a dull ache . I then started feeling pain in these areas with a gas like feeling in my lower abdamen that make it feel like someones pressing on it constantly . I have a very judemental family and mother so i am very scared to tell them i think i may have hiv because it wContinuation : it would break her heart . I know no one can diagnose me but the majority of you kbow more then me . I also experienced memory loss . Idk if its anxiety or real memory loss because i remember like 2 mins later
My question are as followed :
What are hiv symptoms ? Like is this joint pain typical for that of someone with hiv ? Would the lymph nodes swell this late with no other symptoms like night sweats weight loss or etc ?
Would me biting my nails so bad play a part in my contracting the virus ? I saw something tbat said your finger dont have cells receptive to hiv is this true ?
My meatus gets swollen from time to time . Its possible it was swollen during these activities . Could the girl have had her vaginal secretions on her hand and then touch

Could she have infected me purposely ? Like stuck me with a needle without me knowing ? If she was on her period i wouldve seen it on my finger when i went to the bathroom to wash my hand ? Also my finger was extremely dry after i fingered her .
How should i go about asking her if she has hiv instead of all this speculating ?
I also brushed my teeth and used mouth wash before i saw her . Would that play a factor ????????
Also are my symptoms typical of that of someone suffering w hiv ? I keep getting different info different places . Is joint pain an ars symptom or happens in every stage ? When would the lymph noded swell ? Would they be accompanied with pain ? Would there be other signs that come at once with these swollen lymph nodes to signal infection ? Please just help me .

One more question would my lymph nodes swell almost 2 years later without any other symptoms but fatigue and joint pain with cracking and popping joints ? I read that if you get hiv symptoms . They come all at once .
I understamd but i just wanted some knowledge on the subject . The fact that i brushed my teeth and used mouth wash couldnt it have made the enzymes in my mouth that render hiv ineffective unable to do the job ? I also read that cells in the finger dont have the ability to receive yhe hiv virus . And are my symptoms typical and in the time frame of that of one who was infected with hiv ? HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
