Please help

Thank you for giving me your spare time to read my post.
Its been 5 months of possible exposure, i had unprotectet vaginal sex with csw. Last november 19, 2014 i had a severe diarrehia that resulted to a bloody stool. I went to a government hospital to get checked, the hospital did a CBC and its all normal, after one week they scheduled me for a colonoscopy. They saw some inflammation in my colon and the initial findings is procto-colitis, hospital also took biopsy sample from my colon and told me that to wait for another 1 week. While waiting for the results I experince a chill and goes away on the same day.
When i came back to the hospital, the doctor told me that it was an IBS and there is nothing to worry about.
I researched for the procto colitis and i found out that it is also caused by HIV.
Since then I'm freaking out about HIV.
I'm also expereincing undiagnosed peptic ulcer until this day.
Can i trust the doctor that told me its only IBS? I cannot tell her(doctor) about my posible exposure last five months ago because I'm in a conservative country(M.E.).
I cannot get tested for HIV till six months, i need to go to my home country to get tested.
Please help I'm freaking out what are my chances of contracting HIV from a female csw?
Is this what Im experiencing is sericonversion? Please help
Thanks in advance for your comments

Hi guys, finally I had a chance of getting tested.
The results are
HIV (ANTIBODY TEST)

TEST 1 (RAPID ICT): NONREACTIVE TO HIV-1 & HIV-2
TEST 2 (NOT DONE): __________________________

Test Requests                       Method                     Result
HBsAg                               RAPID ICT               NONREACTIVE
SY                                  QUALITATIVE RPR    NONREACTIVE

Type of specimen: Serum

My question are;

1. rapid ICT test reliable after 5.3 months after possible exposure?
2. Is this conclusive or do I have to retest again after 6 Months?
Please can someone expllain these result. I'm looking forward for your replies and thank you in advance... God bless

You do not know you are positive because you have not been tested.  There is still a very low chance you were infected after a single exposure.  Try and stay calm.  Why can't you get tested?

Sorry for that vance. Maybe im just over reacting. Doing a self diagnoze in the internet scared the crap out of me. Maybe thats why my anxiety level is thru the roof. Its hard to move in a conservative country.  I'm just REALLY SCARED

Thanks  for your reply.
I want to get tested, but unfortunately I can't do it herein my current location. I would like to know if somebody here that has the same experience that turned out negative. I'm really really scared and freaking out. I can't focus to my work due to the severe anxiety that I might be positive. Then again, thankyou for your reply
