If someone injected with a needle infected hib blood inside a condom and put a scotch tape on the hole then i use the condom, open it and put it with in 5 second !!! Does the blood affect me ? Please i need a scoentific answer thank you lot guys im so worried

Putting blood inside a condom then sealing it
From where the blood comes from? You mean senario on infecting or senario of putting blood inside the condom?
It's just not a possible scenario.
Im really sorry i know im so picky!! But last question does hiv inside the condom in that way? Please last question thank you!! Your helping me a lot
