Well if her fluids were outside the vagina the HIV virus dies it is very fragile outside the body an dies quick and does not infect you

Thanks but the problem is that I used same hand to masturbate and to check breakage during sex hence her fluids might have come in contact of my penis through my hands is it a risk?

You had NO RISK and you do NOT need to test for either HIV or STD's since both were protected.

You had no other risks!

You will know when a condom breaks because it's pretty catastrophic and when you pull out, if the condom DID break, you will definitely SEE your penis. You will not need to check if it broke by filling it with water........trust me, there won't be enough of it left to hold anything.

Relax! Zero risk all around!
