Pls help

Hi All, I am really scared and right now really do not know what should i do - pls help!! a week back i went to a party and got drunk -hooked up with a callgirl and had unprotected sex wit her. such a stupid thing to do!!! i noticed some rashes on my skin a couple of days back and suddenly from today i am having white liquid discharges from my penis....is this gonorrhea? i am **** scared...should i go test myself...also what are my chances of getting HIV from this single encounter..i have been in a relation for last 2 years and have not any previous one night stands for sometime - this is the 1st time in 4/5 years maybe..the more i am reading stuffs online, the more depressed i am getting..if i am positive for gonorrhea does that mean i am HIV+ for sure....

also what are the chances that if i take an HIV test now(1 week) after exposure i will get an conclusive report? appreciate any replies as i am really losing my mind reading all stuffs available...is one time intercourse not as risky (1 in 2500 cases) if the partner is HIV+ i read.....pls help me out!!
