Plz help,I'm really terrified

Please forgive me my poor English.
I had sex with a Massage girl on 16st of may 2014.She was giving me an unprotected blowjob but I'm

not ejaculated. After this we had insertive vaginal sex protected with condom. After a few mins I feel

my glans penis pain during sex,so I stopped and check the condom. The condom not broken. So we go on

until I ejaculated.During this we French kiss a long time.Whether she had gingival bleeding or  dental

ulcer I don't know. But I brush my teeth every morning have bleeding gums.a little bit.
After few days I feel a pressure in my chest and my throat is uncomfortable.I began to diarrhea on 4st of June 2014.The second day I diarrhea all the day , maybe 10 times. So I went to the hospital. The doctor told me I got acute gastroenteritis.During this I have a fever.Body temperature 37.8 Centigrade. I took some Cefdinir and tyenol, after day my fever disappeared but still diarrhea,At this time,I feel weak and Joint pain,My throat still uncomfortable, and I began night sweat these days.I feel sick and Lymph node acid swells, and I have been some rash. The last two days I began Cough up to now.
my questions to you :
1.Do I had been infected?
2.Do I have a risk?
3.Do I need a test?
Please Advice sincerely what to do, i am really terrified.
Thanks

Sorry Mr Teak,I have one more question.
Why my symptoms is so similar to HIV acute stage symptoms?
The coincidence is the symptoms begin to appear around the age of 2 weeks?
Maybe I worry too much but I still really terrified.
