Possible ARS symptoms After an Encounter?

About a month and a half ago I briefly fingered a girl of unkown status for less than 10 seconds.  Upon removing my finger I noticed I had a cut on the lower part of my finger that was about 3 1/2-4 days into the healing process.

Now, I do realize that fingering poses very low risk (if any) for potential transmission, even if there are cuts present on your fingers/hands.  At the same time though, about a couple of weeks later I experienced a heavy migraine type of headache that lasted about 4 days, and was accompanied by some nausea/irritated stomach.  Are these common symptoms of ARS?

Thanks for your help and patience guys.
