Possible Exposure- Please Help

I am a 40 Year Old Male that has made a horrible mistake.  I have been in a mongomous relationship for the past 23 years!

recently I foolishly met a man online

We did alot of groping and rubbing and I ended up sitting on his chest and rubbing my penis against his stomach

While in this position, I am certain that his penis and testicles were sliding against my rectum.  we both ejaculated in this position and his semen was on my backside

His penis never penetrated me but it DID rub against my anus.  Is there a risk of HIV Infection if semen gets on But NOT IN the anus?  Should I get a test?

Could the rubbing have pushed some semen inside?
