Possible Exposure to Hiv

Dear Doctor,

One week ago I used the services of a escort in New York city at a hotel I was staying at. She performed oral sex on me followed by vaginal sex. Both of these were done with a condom on. The reason I am worried is as follows; I am not sure if the condom came off towards the end of sex, in fact as I attempted to pull out and climax, I noticed the condom had come off. However, it did not feel as if it had come off during the time that we were having sex, rather it appeared to come off as I pulled out (the evidence being that it was hanging half way outside of her and my penis was coated in the lubrication of the condom) I did use my hand to continue my orgasm though. I immediatly looked at the condom to see if there were any rips or tears or breaks of which there were none. (I might add that a few years ago I suspected that I was infected with gential herpes, and had some scaring, but I did not see or notice any open soars before or after this encounter)
Three to four days later, I noticed my tongue had a white and yellow film  on it. Over the following two days, my tongue has become swollen, completely white and a small white sore that has bleed when prodded is now on the back of my front lip (we did not kiss, or do any heavy petting. It was simply oral sex performed on me followed by intercourse). Since I saw my tongue, and of course began to do research on the internet, I had a bout of diahheria one day, and felt very sick on and off for two days. I am not sure if this is psycho samantic or symptoms of HIV exposure (I had some brief headaches, small localized rashes that lasted an hour and then disappeared, a sore throat, and some fatigue) Oddly, for a few hours I feel sick, and then for a few I dont feel sick at all. The only constant has been the white coating on the tongue. I did sleep for 13 hours a day after my symptoms started. I did not notice any sores or lesions on the sex worker, however, it appeared as if she had a yeast infection, due to the cottage cheese like discharge that was on the inside of my leg after sex. More to the point, it looked as if she had a purple mark under her eye.
Obviously, my questions are these; Am I exhibiting early HIV symptoms? If so, I had unprotected sex with a former flame two days later, did I infect her (I feel terrible about this!)? Are there any tests that can be done to see if I am infected this soon?
Thank you for your time, patience, and advice.

1. You were protected by a condom the entire time except when you pulled out. No risk for HIV.
2. Those symptoms are way too early for early HIV symptoms.
3. White tongue is not a symptoms of eartly HIV.
4. Symptoms are never used in diagnosing HIV.

White coating on the tongue can be from many things. Also white coating of the tongue is not always thrush either so dont assume thats what it is. Trust me I have been there and done that with the white tongue thing and i suggest that you dont worry about it. What i finally found out cleared my tongue up good was an electric toothbrush, simple fix.

Anyway you werent at risk for HIV.

You were never at risk. Next time make sure you hold on to the condom when you withdraw.
