Possible HIV, HELP PLEASE

I had unprotected sex on 29 Dec 07 for about 3-5 minutes.  So I went to the state heath Dep to get STD check and that damn q-tip made urination hurt and then the pain spread to inside penis about 3-4 inches and finally went away after 2 weeks.  Just to ask, can you get HIV from that damn q-tip if it was on it or from his hands the doc?  15-16 Jan had night sweats.  On 17 Jan 08 I started having soar throat stopped up nose a really white hairy tongue.  Then on 22-Jan-08 I noticed these bubbles inside my mouth on the cheeks in the upper inside right and left next to the back moallers and 3 little red sores scaterd around.  These little bubbles really hurt, would it be more like Oral Herpes.  Also from 22-Jan to 25-Jan I have had diarrhea.  My penis head still hurts like a little burning at the tip that never seems to go away or it could be nervs.  To add to this the state health Dep went ahead and gave me 1 Gram Zithromax on 3-Jan-08 and then I took another 1 gram Zithromax the next day I had in the house.  Then a week later a Doc put me on Doxycycline for 7 days and Bactrim for 5 days on 9-Jan.  I already had HSV-1 and no signs down there of HSV-2.  Please give advice.  28-Jan will be 30 days after exposure and 4-Feb will be 37 days after exposure.  Thinking about usiing Labcorp through Labsafe to get the

I'm just so scared need a little advice, sometimes the internet can really make things worse, but close to testing by day 30 on 28-Jan or day 37 on 4-Feb-08
