Possible HIV Risk from Oral Sex

Hello, I am a 18 year old male and I recently gave and received oral sex with another male. We did this a little after 2 AM. My bottom lip was bleeding a little from dryness sometime between 5 and 6 in the afternoon right before this. During oral sex, my lip wasn't bleeding, but the wound was still there. He didn't ejaculate, but there was pre-ejaculatory fluid all over his penis. Am I at risk?
