Possible HIV cure/ Why in the world would they have to ask for funding?

Every nation should come together and fund programs like this. I just saw some fance resort thats being built in Dubai, I think this would better help people. The fact that they have to beg for funding pisses me off.

HIV is a very important cause...but also keep in mind that there are other diseases/conditions out there without a cure or treatment that also need research...therefore it is very hard. There is only so much $ and so many causes.
Hell, there is no cure for the common cold or the flu (influenza)...many types of cancer, diabetes...and on and on.....and something like diabetes is WAY WAY more common than HIV...yet they STILL do not have a cure.
Basically...in a nutshell....it is a loaded topic.
