Possible HIV exposure- should I be worried?

I am a 20 year old male, and attend college in Virginia. Four weeks ago, due to inebriation, I had protected intercourse and (received) unprotected oral from a girl (fellow student). She is apparently quite promiscuous. Roughly four days later, I developed a cold like illness that kept me in bed for a day or two. A few days after I recovered from that, I developed a sore throat and an odd sensation of something being stuck in my throat. Muscle stiffness and pain has also been present. Two days later, I had substantial pain under my left clavicle when swallowing. It is of note that I have been experiencing mild GERD symptoms, but I do occasionally have those anyway. I have also had a mild sore throat on and off for the past week or so, and I have a slightly painful mouth ulcer. I am aware that my sexual activity was very low risk, but my unusual symptoms have still put me on edge, and my anxiety has definitely been peaking these past few weeks. Should I begin testing, or just get over myself and attempt to put it behind me?
