Possible HIV exposure

I was the recipient of unprotected oral sex (Fellatio) with a older women. She was drinking alcohol at the time and I couldn't see any visible sores or cuts and I didn't have any cuts. But I think she had bad teeth.
There was no ejaculation. Roughly 9-10 days later my hands and feet started burning. No other symptoms till about week 2 my groins felt sore and near the shoulders.
i couldn't hack it anymore so my exposure was on OCT 7 2012 i tested 29 OCT 2012 the test was HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS (HIV) ANTIBODY/ANTIGEN COMBO (SERUM)  Not Detected (by Abbott Architect HIV-1 and HIV-2)
That was the result. My body feels really funny I know something is wrong.
If I had HIV would this test have shown any indicators of the Virus?
Please help me

You never had an exposure and didn't need testing.
