Possible HIV transmission??

I had unprotected sex with a girl(uncircumsized, not fully erect, did not ejaculate).she has told me she did drugs, drinks and smokes heavily(a somewhat unhealthy life.)a couple weeks later i got a cut on my finger, actively bleeding she sucked on my finger.all that happened on the first 10 days of april.the rest of april, may, june, july passed and i had no disease at all(nothing that caused concern)And NO sexual contacts. In fact i was feeling fine.I went to the doctor august 7th for some small pain and sensitivity i had on my back, and kidney pain related to my testicles.he also included an hiv test.I panicked beyond belief.Read symptoms immediately after going home, and started having more of them(fatigue, small fevers, and a little bit of joint pain).
Got the results a couple weeks later. The result said hiv ag/ab 0,17 negative <1 negative.Does that cover the window period?Do i need to test again??My doctor told me i had infectious mononucleosis that tired my system and caused enlarged spleen.Had unprotected oral sex with my girlfriend, with whom we still havent had sex,i ejaculated in her mouth, she swallowed a little bit.She had stomach pain and fever last week, and that got me worried.Am i fine??Is this hiv ag/ab test conclusive for me?Is it possible that i have STD OR STI?please answer.Thank you!!
