Possible Hiv exposure

I was dry humping with a girl while i was wearing undone jeans with boxers underneath and she was in her underwear. My boxers scraped some skin off my penis near to the head and there was no blood when I saw it but the possibility that it did bleed is real. At the end I did not notice any wet spots anywhere but in the case that she excreted enough vaginal fluids to soak through her underwear what would be my risk of exposure and infection. And would this graze/scrape be considered an open wound

Yes. You did not and do not have an HIV concern.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

There was no unprotected penetration therefore there was no risk.
