Possible exposure

So i was at the beach 2 weeks ago, and I stepped on something.. it hurt quite a bit. but i didnt think anything of it, but now I am starting to freak out due to one of my friends mentioning the chance of stepping on a used needle or syringe.

Recently I have been starting to feel unwell.. nothing serious but enough to make me worry

the symptoms are:
-Red rash on palm of hands, this rash is not itchy and is not anyone else on my body (although i have just started my nursing work placement so I am washing my hands more often than normal) this is the main reason I am concered about HIV
-sore, not so much enlarged, but sore lymph nodes/glands in my neck.. and sometimes under my arm. Althought a few months ago I had glandular fever/mono.. so I don't know if it is a relapse??
-a slight sore throat (again could be linked to glandular fever)

I also don't know if the stress of worrying about this could be making me relapse glandular fever??

Hi, I noted that you started working as a nurse. Might want to check if your allergic to the type of material the gloves that you where are made of. Wouldn't an allergy also cause swollen lymph?
