Possible exposure

I kinda know what you will say, but still a little concerned. Went to an escort. Having had one or two experiences in the past,i decided i only wanted a handjob. However, she was so vigourous that it felt very painful.
I could feel real discomfort and looked at my penis. It was reddish and it looked like the top layer of skin had been rubbed away on 2 parts but no bleeding.
The next morning i looked and there were 2 quite large reddish, raw (a little wet and moist and tender) abrasions/ cuts on my penis where she had obviously squeezed tightly. Is there a concern for hiv? Thank you
