Possible hiv???

I had one unprotected sex in first week of feb'15 and protected sex in between 3rd to 5th March. I did a hiv early detection test (hiv rna) on 3/23 and got negative result on 3/25. However on 3/25 evening I had to go to ER with sever stomach pain ther my blood was drawn and it was reported that neutrophils is high and lymphocytes is low. I am worried... Is it possible for hiv rna test not to detect hiv  virus in 18 days???

The test that was done should have picked up any infection at 18 days. But take a DUO test at 28 days to be sure or an antibody test at 6-8 weeks.
