Unfortunately we aren't able to fill in the blanks for you. It's hard, I understand that. A blackout is scary. It doesn't sound like anything happened, I expect you passed out. You can test now if you have access to a DUO or combo test, if not test at 6 weeks for a good indication. You can then re test at 12 weeks for conclusive. If you have tested neg at 4 or 6 then you will likely continue to test neg.
Please learn from this, it's a hard and scary lesson but you need to make sure you are not in this situation again, fir your own sanity x
Move on and try not to put yourself in this position again.
Thanks for all your comments! I should add that the following day I did not feel any pain at all. Should I still worry about a possible rape or should I move on?
If you have NO memory at all, then I don't thik it would hurt to get tested (at 3 months after the exposure as you were advised). I think it is highly unlikely that you were raped, but better to be safe than sorry.
I would recommend watching your drinking. To drink to the point of black out is dangerous in about a million ways.
The poster said this happened 4 weeks ago.
From what I read he doesn't know. He doesn't remember anything. If he was raped, I don't know if the rapist would've been considerate enough to put a condom to protect his rape victim especially if he's HIV positive... he's a rapist. Even if he did put a condom, condoms are not 100% effective. Nothing is ever 100% certain, the condom could've ripped, slipped, especially if this man hasn't had anal sex in a while. this is IF he wore a condom.
never said he had unprotected anal sex 6 months ago
i didn't say 3 months is not conclusive. it is conclusive as well, but this man isn't living 3 months after the possible rape, he is living 6 months after the possible rape which is just as good as 3 months.
3 months is conclusive...NOT 6
get tested for all stds, i'm sure it'll be alright
