Precum & shaving

Ive very recently (in the past 4 hours) had an encounter where i a concerned about hiv risk. I have tried to visit my local clinic without success as it is closed and local out of hours services are backlogged and I cannot contact them, as such i would be very grateful for any help and advice you could give me.

I shaved some parts of my body this evening, and then, within 20 minutes involved in mutual masturbation with a sexualpartner. He rubbed his penis against some of the shaved area and some of his pre ejaculate mixed with saliva was spread accross the affected body area. Im concerned some of this body fluid culd have found its way into nicks and cuts on the shaven area, although I cannot find any large cuts or bleeding cuts in the area. I would be very grateful for any advice and opinions anyone would offer.

Thank you so much for your speedy reply. I dont realy understand many medical things, so im very sorry if the next question is silly, does that mean because it was outside his urethra (even if only for a few seconds, e.g. on the end of his penis) that the hiv would be neutralised? And that i am not at high risk?

because I have further examined the area and have discovered a few cuts and crazes, consistent with hair clippers and razors
