Psoriasis HIV

I have psoriasis on the genitals. I had sex with an escort (prostitute), but I used a condom. After a week of exposure, I had a cold fever, but not like Flu. There was sore throat, but no running nose. I had fever around 99 F. The fever lasted for 3 days.
In 2 days after exposure, I developed rashes all over my body. I initially thought it to be psoriasis related, but it does not look like that.
Should I go for a HIV test?

But, my psoriasis that  flared up after 2 days all over my body, has not decreased for 2 weeks. My treatments which worked to reduce Psoriasis, is not working this time. Psoriasis is known to flare up with Viral infection of any kind.
