Puncture from Needle without Syringe

Hi everyone.I was punctured by a medical needle without  that was used one day before.I know that it was used one day before because my brother is a doctor and he used it to a relative against a flu, than he droped it to trash and i was poked accidentally when while cleanin the bin.I readed at Aids Vancouver that needles without syringes dont pose risk because they are exposed to air and environment.i Wanted to know if this inofrmation is true and should i test

You will have to rewrite your post because words are missing so I can't tell what happened.

i everyone.I was punctured by a medical needle without syringe(only needle)   that was used one day before.I know that it was used one day before because my brother is a doctor and he used it to a relative ,than he droped it to trash and i was poked accidentally when cleaning the bin.I readed at Aids Vancouver that needles without syringes dont pose risk because they are exposed to air and environment.i Wanted to know if this inofrmation is true and should i test
The information you received is correct - the needle would have to be able to contain blood in a vaccum (syringe) and then be injected into your body. Blood on a needle is not a risk because HIV is rendered unable to infect quite quickly on exposure to air.  No one gets infected this way - you have no need to test.
Thank you man god bless you
I also wanted to know,if needle without syringe with protection plastic cap is still exposed to air and environment,I supose that it is because cap is puted after syringes is used so it has air, right ?
Reread the advice, instead of rephrasing your question which serves no purpose.
ok thank you
