Quesetion about potential HIV risk...

Please help.  About 3 1/2 weeks ago I had a sexual encounter with a prostitute.  I used a condom during oral and vaginal sex.  However, before I could ejaculate, I took my penis out with the condom still intact.  The prostitute proceeded to remove the condom, spit on the head of my penis, and masturbated me (hand job) until I came.

Did I put myself at risk for HIV?  As far as I can tell, the condom was still properly applied when I removed my penis from the prostitute.  I also didn't see any blood coming from the prostitute's mouth.  In a panic, I went to a health clinic a few days ago and tested for HIV with that 20 minute oral fluid test.  The results were negative.  What should I do next?  Do you think the encounter I described warrants retesting?  Please help.  Thanks.
