Question about fingering to Teak/Lizzie Lou or other

I am a gay male and had a "hookup" session with another gay male who claimed to be HIV negative from his last testing.

We only masturbated and had oral sex. However, after he masturbated himself to ejaculation, he inserted his finger into my anus. After we were finished, I asked if he had semen on his finger and he said he had "wiped his fingers on the bath towel before doing so."

I am afraid of transmission given the response from this UCSF website (http://hivinsite.ucsf.edu/insite?page=ask-06-11-06) and the fact that I have internal hemorrhoid and could likely have an anal fissure (often blood on toilet paper after going #2).
