Question about the HIV testing

I use condom make love with prostitute girl on 08/Jul/09, after 12 days, I had a test by "4th generation of ELISA test " and after 33 days I use "Determine HIV 1/2" rapid test , both result is negative, I want to know how about the result is reliable or not, or I need to wait after 90 days to test it again ?

But after the sex (08/Jul/09), I have a sick on (09/Jul/09) unit now, I saw doctor more 5 times, all doctor said is ok, not HIV , but I still afaird , my lymphatic had some intumescence,
