Question for a doctor or someone with knowledge on this

Hi yesterday around this time I sat on a toilet and on the rim there was some blood. I put a cover over the seat and sat down. I'm scared that the blood somehow got into my vagina because the person that bled menstrual blood had just got up from the seat. I'm very scared. Please let me know if this could be a risk.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Thank you. So there is no risk even if the menstrual blood may have been fresh?
