Question of combo test window period.
Sorry for ask the similar question again, after my last test at 28 35days, I went to cdc did another test at 47days,still use same bioline combo rapid test kit and came negative, now my issue is I got cold by aircon and a little coughing after the 47days test,my doubts are
1//// is that possible hiv was slept before 6weeks and now start to replicate to attack my body?so the combo test catch nothing
2//// I really don't want to waste money on hiv test anymore,can I go to do another test at 56days and get concolusion?if yes which test should I do? 3rd or 4th gen test?
3//// how accurate and reliable of my 3 tests for my hiv condition?
my doctor don't want me test again, just asked take medicine and look for some free cdc test after 3month ,but I feel I was attacked by hiv ,really don't want to wait,the earliest free test is on end of june, thanks please help.

HIV tests are the most accurate of any diagnostic test in the world. Your test didn't miss anything. Regardless of what you believe, fears are not facts.

Is there any record from HIV expert that 6 8 weeks combo test is negative and 8-12weeks become positive,My immune system apparently is ok before, because I burn my mouth by hot food than got ulcer twice around 4 weeks, and it's recovered just in 3days.BUT this time after 47days test,I think my immune system should be ok,not attacked by HIV,so I stay in aircon room which temperature is 22C and only in a shorts and slept there for 3 days,after that my upper respiratory tract felt not good,,,,,,,now I think that because of my immune system is broken,start to destroy by HIV,that's the reason cause me have doubt on this test,so struggle

2) no more testing is needed if a 4th gen test is taken after 28 days of exposure.
3) Window periods are as below (tests are reliable if taken after the window period)
4th gen- conclusive after 28 days
3rd generation - 90 days (practically starts getting conclusive after 6 weeks)
Oral swab tests - gets conclusive after 6 weeks
