Question on hiv transmission and reliability of 6 week test

I am really worried about the possibility of me contracting HIV. Please tell me if I am at risk of getting hiv infection. Let me explain the incidents in sequential order.

I am male who at times looks outside marriage for sex but always I use condoms when I am not having it with my wife. 3 months back, I had sex with a female escort. I indulged in deep french kissing, heavy oral sex(69) and also some anal licking and proceeded to have penetrative sex with condoms. 2 days later after playing cricket(nearly after a gap of 6 months), i started feeling tired and later went home and found myself to be sick for the next 4 days. I went to a clinic later for master health check up a week later and nothing abnormal was found.

4 weeks after my encounter with the female escort, i met a transsexual escort and had penetrated her with condoms, but indulged in deep kissing and sucked the pines & balls of her without condoms. Though I did NOT suck the tip of her uncovered penis, I am not sure if there were any precum in her dick and balls when I sucked it. 5 days later, I felt tired while doing workouts and fell sick for a day.
-A week later, I saw some rash appearing on my chest and I suspected it to be syphilis. I lost my appetite as well as 8 pounds of my weight.
I got myself tested for STDs and the result turned to be negative.

-2 weeks later I got my blood tested for HIV and the result was negative. Still no improvement in appetite.

-4 weeks later I  found some blotches on my gums and I started to panic. Also found some chicken pox like bumps on my palm and toes. Lost my appetite even more and lost 4 more pounds.ALL this time, I NEVER had any sore throat. I was feeling feverish all these days, but whenever i tested my temperature, it was below normal.

-6 weeks later, i did HIV rapid test and the result was negative.The lab technician told me that the latest kits in India detect HIV antibodies in 30 days time itself and since it was more than 6 weeks I was returning to normal mindset.

But today (after 7 weeks), i went to a theater and after howling and whistling for 10 minutes, i found that my throat has become sore and hurt. Also found 2 small bumps on my hand. Also caught up cold and running nose, but its raining now in India, so not sure if its ARS.

QUESTIONS:
What is my risk of getting HIV or any other diseases from incident 1(female escort - anal licking ) ?
What is my risk of getting HIV from incident 2(transsexual escort - deep kissing ) ?
Was I really at risk ? If so can I stop with my 6 week negative report or do I have to test for HIV again after 5 more weeks for the 12th /13 th week?

I have been avoiding having sex with my wife for the last 1& half months as I don't want to pass my infection to her.I am losing my sleep because of these incidents. Please provide your truthful suggestions. Thanks in advance for all you doing this great service in this forum.

A 6 week rapid test is highly unlikely to change for somebody that has had a risk, you have not had a risk and do not need further testing.

thanks alaat. I know that oral sex doesnt pose a risk to hiv transmission. The only reason I panic is the presence of symptoms I am seeing after my last 2 encounters. It may be sheer coincidence, but it has really put me off. I have strayed a couple of times before and had sex with SW, but only this time i felt sick. Do you feel that I can stop worrying and move on as my 6 week test has come negative?

hi poona, i went through your question. Though I may be panicking now myself, I am 200% sure that you did not have any risk of hiv. You didnt have to test in first place and even your 10 weeks test result is negative.. move on buddy. I think its your guilt consciousness thats wrecking you. Never ever be unfaithful to your wife ( i am also thinking of following this advise , i cant lose 3 more months in my life in anxiety and fear of death )

have you read the forum?  EVERYONE has "symptoms"...even those ppl who stumped their big toe and think they contracted hiv, have "symptoms".

It is raining for the last 4 days in India and I got wet in rain 2 days back. I fell sick yesterday with temperature running more than 99 deg F. I took some paracetamol tablets and the temperature is back to normal. But I am feeling too tired and also I have some cold still sticking to me. I am getting worried about the reliability of 6 week antibody test. I would be highly satisfied and lead a normal life if somebody here answers my questions definitively.

1) What is my risk of getting HIV or any other diseases from incident 1(female escort - anal licking ) ?
