Question regarding HIV

Hello, I am new to the site and I am worried about a possible exposure. I hooked up with a female recently and I fingered her with two fingers. After she had cumed I didn't wash my hands which had her fluids on it and she proceded to massage my penis and give me a hand job. She wasn't doing a very good job so I ended up doing it myself with the hand that I had fingered her with. I ended up cumming finally and later that night I noticed that I had a small cut on my penis. Should I be concered with the cut and the fact that I did not wash my hands with her fluids on it? Also is there a risk when I had cumed my fingers that had her fluids were near the head of my penis thus it is possible that the two mixed?

hiv is not transmitted outside it's host...the body.  transmission takes place inside the body...when a penis is inside a vagina / anus.

Yes, but what about when I gave myself a handjob with her vaginal fluids on my finger/hand and I had a cut on my penis.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

Fingering is not a risk of HIV transmission.
