Questions of concern

I have lived no less than perfect life. I have frequented CSWs for last 10 years or so . I have always used protection for my discretions (except for Oral sometimes which was unprotected) but do not remember all the .
About 6 years I had a interlude with 2 csws ( in a south East asian Country) at the same time and noticed some blood on the clothers I was wearing.  After which I had a severe sore throat ( about a week after the encounter) which lasted about a 3 to 4 days which was cleared with a antibiotic. I also had a risky exposure of menstrual blood  after which I checked that the condom was intact. I cleaned it up and left. I had test with Orasure last year ie july 2011 and it came back negative.
The last exposure of min was in july and have been checked with Labcorp 10 panel test exactly 15 weeks from the exposure. Does this mean that I do not have any HIV infection if the test were all negative from the exposure . Do I need any new tests to check for the virus viz DNA PCR . You can suggest any  tests that I can do to clear all the doubts in my mind. Your response is awaited. Also I had used Oraquick to check for antibodies( 5 times from 1 week to 12 weeks )  all upto 22 weeks. Please provider me with your professional opinion. Is it possible that I have reached a stage where antibodies are no longer detectable for me as  I have read that sometimes antibodies are not detectable for person who has reached a stage of converting to AIDS.
Thanks and looking forward to  your response on this issue. I am very anxious to put this whole matter behind me as I am worried that my test may be false negatives because of the disease having already gone past the antibody detection phase.

you are always quick to point out that someone is out of line.People do ask you questions because they are really concerned and you are a expert. Sometimes be nice to folks. People do make mistakes so please have some patience with them.

Can onset of Diabetes affect the HIV testing results. I had ICMA at 16 weeks and it came back negative also Home Access at 24 weeks was negative also. Can I be sure that the result is conclusive

just a minor correction the last exposure was in July 2012( unprotected oral and protected vaginal)  and was tested in October 23 with ICMA from Labcorp which came back negative.I have tested almost to 22 weeks with Oraquick whic is also negative and hence the anxiety. I know test overrule symptoms. Is there a possibility that no antibodies are detected as this time from previous exposures.this will help in gaining my confidence or I can test again by oraquick or go for a blood test .

No you don't need any tests and a PCR-DNA test is not a diagnostic test.

Thanks for the reply. I did a ICMA test and it was not a DUO test. Do I need a DNA PCR with a antibody test to be sure. I have been having night sweats for last 2 years which have stopped as I have stopped drinking alcohol and also lost weight by about 15 % of my body weight on a low carb diet.

thanks

If you always use a condom then you had no risk and the tests back up that you don't have HIV.
