I am so sorry to curios , but i need conclusive asnwer for this senario from you becasue i read your profile and you are have many years experience of HIV study...
I was insertive oral sex partner and it was only one episode in my whole life , i did STDs tests including HIV1/2 (EIA) after or at 3 months(87 days) and also i did rapid -ve hiv test after 110 and 120 days, also i did 130 for HIv1/2 and was negative SO
If we considering the girl had cut,wound, sore or even blood which i couldn't see and at the same time there was love drop,cut, or even tiny wound on penis because of eract so is the last test is conclusive for this senario?
Have you ever heard or even seen -HIV turn to+ve after 4months? and if you have who are they ?

You were never at risk didn't need a test to begin with. The test you took would be conclusive.
