REALLY NEED ADVICE PLS GUYS

As I said in an earlier post I may have had an exposure yesterday but no one is replying to my question and I really need help. I want to know if its possible to transmit HIV by someone ejaculating on my penis (foreskin and under) then masturbating me, can it be absorbed into the delecate skin area there or not? Also red looking dots from shaving in pubic area can semen be a risk on them? Please can I have your advice, it would be very much appreciated. I want to know if i should go for those post exposure antiviral medications or am I being silly? Many thanks guys.

hiv is transmitted by vaginal n anal sex or by iv drug user or blood transfusion.

virus becomes inactive once outside his hosts n cannot infect ppl u r safe.
