my symptoms are maculopapular rash on chest and scalp and severe neck pain and shoulders with headaches..
My exposure was unknown male with blood from a finger wound entering my urethra..(peehole)..
I know 3 months is conclusive but would a 4 week test be any good?

We give our risk assessments believing the other person does have HIV.

Like you were told, you had no risk.

I know you stated i have NO risk  even if blood was coming out of his punctured finger and was massaged into my urethra...correct?
anyways i go 4 week hiv rapid test which came out negative..  i know it too soon..my question is would you know if a shot of Kenalog 40mg steroids ( they injected me for my tense shoulder and neck pains)..would it interfere with the test results if i was to take it again at 6 weeks and then and 12 weeks?

If you've had no risk, there is no need to test.

However, if it eases your mind, go for it.
