RIsk of HIV from a single incident

It is funny how even though many of the cases I have read seem the same, little details can come back and you can continue to freak out.

I recently had sex with a female sex worker.  It all happened very fast as I was expecting to it to be a hand relief type of thing.  I am a stupid man.

I was wearing a condom, and it seemed to be intact and on at the end of it.  She took it off and wiped me down with some wipes afterwards.

About 20mins later I was kind of freaking out and wiped myself down with some antiseptic cream.

My questions are:

- She used a lubricant, but I couldn't say for sure if it was a water based. What could an non-water based lubricant do?  We only had sex for a few minutes.
- It did ride up slightly, I don't have any open cuts or anything, but I am a little concerned about that.
- Is it possible for her to have wiped somehting into my Urethra when she was cleaning me down?
- Is it possible I did it, when I put the antiseptic on?

This is the only time I have done something like this and I am a little freaked.  I have looked at lots of sites that say condom use can greatly reduce the chances and I just keep reading these statements as "there is still some chance"!!!

Is there anyway of getting tested, without having to wait 3 months?

Please help, I am losing it!
