PCR testing is not recommended for routine HIV diagnostic screening, due to the high rate of false positives, other technical concerns and cost of the test.

This isn't some school exam that you can fudge and expect accurate results. HIV tests are very specific in terms of testing window periods. They were set up that way for a reason. I already gave you the earliest possible available window period when you should take a 4th generation duo for a conclusive result. You're not going to get any more accurate than that by trying to circumvent the timing.

Hello, I understand however, because I have insurance I want ahead and took the Quantitative RNA Test which cam back negative. The window period is 10-21 days I took it at 16 days. I know this is not a routine test and is used in terms of infants born to HIV positive parents for example. However, it is used when some is experiencing ARS symptoms which I'm not of course but, also; if someone just had a risky exposure. So, I do agree this is not used for routine test but, I read through the massive archive and found out that the doctors on here during there response stated this test is 90%-100% reliable but..... should be followed up with a Elisa or 4 Gen Duo test behind it to nail it down. However, a negative RNA test is reassuring that the individual is negative.
Kev you proved nothing, except you are stuck in denial because you are trying to invent your own science.
Denial???? Wow, hmm??? Let me think denial left along time ago. I would consider your statement possibly valid if you or anyone else had a MD or DO after there name. However, since many you don't and can only provide testing dates I went to my own doctor with this information. Therefore l, what I researched on this very website stated by the professional experts them themselves what correct. Also, it's puzzling that many of the people here can't or won't refer back to what the experts have stated when people paid to ask them a question. I propose you go look and you will see 90 percent reliable and 100 percent reliable. So, are you disagreeing with the expert on the same site you are trying to give advice please clarify? Next, I'm not in a third world country I have explored inside and outside resources that acknowledges this test reliability with a complimented Elisa or 4genDuo test. I'm saying all this to say I'm not in denial Mr. Anxious, I believe there are some who lack the  competence because they are not a educated, licensed,  practitioner with  emphasis on  diseases.
One more point and I'm done this is not my first go around on this website  I posted a long time ago and during this event a fellow by the username "Tweak" would always reference back to what the experts said on this website and if you decided to explorer  The validity of my statement you will find Tweak who had numerous helpful answers referring back to the experts and agreed that the RNA is a good indication and unlikely to change but should be later tested as well. We need more people like him who not only understands but researches and reads similar post that have been answered by the experts.

Yes I do, however, I said what is the likely hood of a false positive since studies have proven it is higher in the RNA test vs the others.
