RNA test for HIV virus

Dear Dr.
I recently had an RNA as well as an Oral test for HIV done at Harborview Medical Centet STD clinic.  I was wondering what is the accuracy rate of the RNA test.  I had multiple risky exposure (December 2007, January 2008, and April 2008).  The two tests were done at the 30th day since my last unprotected intercourse.  Will you say that the results of these two tests are conclusive and that i don't need to get additional testing?  Thanks.

PCR RNA test is not a stand alone test and you took the antibody to soon after your last unprotected sex. Retest at 3 months if you have had unprotected anal or vaginal sex.
