RUBBING LABIA WITH CUT ON INDEX FINGER

had an encounter with a HIV+ female 6 weeks back, rubbed her labia for 5 seconds with 10 hour old 5mm cut on finger.

Symtoms experienced
red, brown blotches on arms with burning sensation
nausea
loss of appetite
loss of weight (6 kgs in 6 weeks)
tender lymph nodes under armpits
consistent fatigue
white coating of tongue

1. Do you advise a test.
2. is this a low/no risk activity
3. should i just go on with life

thank you

I have never been a sick person, i am relatively fit but after my exposure iv been feeling terrible.i have tried to shrug it off but everytime a new symtom appears....this really freaks me out...it has been exactly 6 weeks to date, i reallly want to have a test done but im too scared of what the result would be..i have a new born baby and want to be of his life...but these symtoms lead me to believe that im infected.

im not really anxious at the moment, hw can a white coated tongue be caused by anxiety anyway? i would just like to know whether you have heard of any cases or claims whereby individuals have been infected with hiv other than the ways you have explained?to me these symptoms are way coincididal post the incident.i am 100% sure that the person whom i touched is hiv+

If you didn't have unprotected sexual encounter with her, then you don't need to worry about HIV. Your symptoms are reaction to your anxiety about HIV. The day you stop stressing your self about HIV, the symptoms will go away. Move on
