Rapid ICT test.

So I had myself tested for HIV, and apparently it says here;

HIV (ANTIBODY TEST)

TEST 1 (RAPID ICT): NONREACTIVE TO HIV-1 & HIV-2
TEST 2 (NOT DONE): __________________________

Test Requests                       Method                     Result
HBsAg                               RAPID ICT               NONREACTIVE
SY                                  QUALITATIVE RPR    NONREACTIVE

Type of specimen: Serum

At least, that's what's written here. Can someone decipher it for me? The only thing I understand here is the
"FINAL STATUS: NEGATIVE" thing, apparently I'm negative.

And second question, is this Rapid ICT a good and highly reliable method, that I can breathe now? Thanks!

This looks like an antibody only test. This would be over 95% accurate at 5 weeks. Most HIV infections would be detected between 4-6 weeks. You can re-test at 12 weeks for conclusive results.
