Rash and Acute HIV infection / STD
I am an Asian male living in Asia. I have had an episode of deep kissing and unproteced oral sex ( where I was the insertive Partner) with 2 females of unknown HIV status 15 days ago - there was no blood etc on my penis after this that I could notice - there was also much beer drinking along with this and I dont know whether this would aid the tramission if they had opned sores in their mouth( at times they had beer in thier mouth when they were performing fellation), I also had protected intercourse where I think the Condom did not tear. I am highly tensed because of the following symptoms. No other eposide or exposure for last 6-8 months.
Day 1 - Within 24 hours developed a reddish eruption on entire upper chest below neck (but this could be sunburns for swimming in hot afternoon for a couple of hours). This subsided in 2 days
Day 2 / 3 - Developed small red patches on skin on shoulders and thighs ( one or 2 patches a day) that would subside in a few hours – leaving almost no trace
Day 4 – 6 - Developed mucosy diarrhea that settled in 2 days with antibiotics.
Day 5-14 No generalized rash eruptions - but 2 or 3 small eruptions in a day of the mature described below
•Small patches of reddish skin with small macule on neck / beard / face ( nose etc) and arms (once or twice also on the thighs and legs) - size of patch around 1 cm – one or 2 patches that came once or twice during the course of the day and subsided in a few hours with almost no trace or very minor discoloration of skin – one would need to really scan skin surface to note this. Of all these , one or 2 developed small purplish macule that again subsided in a couple of days.
•Along with this there was STINGY small patches of red skin on shoulders / upper chest region ( very small in size around ½ cm) that came and subsided in a few hours at times leaving behind one or 2 very miniscule small red crust the size of hair follicles – again only one or 2 patches a day
Day 8 - Sharp muscle pain in right shoulder that subsided in 24 hours with heat pack
There has been no marked fever (measured fever from Day 10-13 couple of times a day it was not more that 98 98.5 at most) – though I do feel feverish sometimes ( perhaps this is beacuse of stress and tension as a result of all this.
No itchiness or red patchs in groin area, no eruptions in mouth , throat or tongue. No enlargement of an lymph nodes ( I check the ones in my neck, armpits, groin etc ) couple of times a day. No marked night sweats. No flu like symptoms that would make you go to a Doc – there have been some headaches but again subsides in a few hours. No sore throat also – but from Day 10 – 13 there has been a feeling of little irritation in the throat that subsides in a couple of hours. No marked muscle or joint pain. No lack of appetite.. but highly tense and apprehensive
Can the above by symptoms of primary HIV infection - I am horribly worried about the Rash - Is rash in such cases generalised on entire trunk or body or can it come and go ( subsides in a few hours) comes back again next day etc etc - Is lack of fever or gland swelling etc in the above case an indication of no infection. Do I need to get tested

Thanks for the comment - would you think so even when the rash of the nature described above continues from Day 5 onwards till today ( Day 15)... is it becoause there is only a theoritical risk of HIV from an unprotected Oral sex ( especially when I was the insertvie partner)
