Rash on Chest

Hi all -  I need some advice on my situation.  About 4 weeks ago, I received a massage where the masseause sat on my back wearing just a sun dress and skimpy panties.  She kind of grinded against my naked butt and I could feel her vaginal fluid.  I am freaked out as I had a small rash on my chest that came and went away.  Other than that, I feel fine.  Is there any chance I could have gotten HIV this way?  She grinded for about 25 seconds, never took her panties off.

Any help would be great.  Also, would a test at 4 weeks be pointless?  Am I contagious at this point or does it take a while?

Thanks! - I figured it was a low risk event but I am just experience incredible guilt as I have a girlfriend and have been replaying worst case scenarios over and over in my head...I notice EVERY little mark on my body now, it drives me crazy.

I'll do my best to forget it and move on.
