Rash

I noticed the other day that I had little red bumps on my left elbow, and they faded within two days, and I noticed that I had the same little bumps on my right elbow. I had a possible HIV encounter about a year ago, I was told that I had nothing to worry about. So I was never tested. Is this a possible symptom of HIV, is a year too late to be experiencing this symptom? Thank you

You never had a risk. If you are concerned about the bumps see a dermatologist. They have nothing to do with HIV.
