Rashes on hands, stomach and chest

Hi All,
Since yesterday I started developing very itchy rashes on my chest, stomach and on hands today. Though I don't feel any itchiness or rashes during the day time, but as soon as I reach home, I started to feel itchy and I could see rashes developing so fast. However, in the morning they disappear. Rashes in white color on my hand and red color on my chest.

Last year (2014) I had more than 11 encounters with sex workers, safe sex. But I started to worry about HIV. Do I need to worry about possible exposure to HIV?

Thank you Vance,
But I don't feel itchiness at office (during day working time). I only started to get itchiness and start to see white color rashes on my hand. Is it the early sign of HIV symptom? or does it to do with room temperature/heatness?
I never experienced this before but now.

No. But never a bad idea to test yearly for STD's and HIV.
