Real risk negative test result

So I had a moment of stupidity share I was on the receiving end of anal sex. The incident was brief less than 30 seconds, and there was no ejaculation. I do however suffer from occasional hemmeroids. This all happened on a Tuesday. The following Saturday I got sick with nausea, vomiting, diarhea, and low grade fever. Most syptoms cleared up less than 24 hrs later except the diarhea which continued for three more days. I was sure I had HIV and am still concerned today. I got tested with a 4th gen test at 29 days and had a negative result. Is a 29 day test really something that I should take comfort in?
Thanks for any input.
