Really Nervous, any ideas?

I have a question on a possible HIV. I was in contact with a vagina (never inserted) but did rub against it. And about 2 weeks ago, i noticed a few red bumps on the insides on my legs, near where my testicals would be against my leg. Not many, maybe 2-3 on each side. Then about a week ago, the left side of my leg got a few more bumps and they feel moist, and my scrotum got dried and red. Then it pealed like sun burn, and now it still dry and red. There is still alittle moist aread under my testicals on my groin area. Any idea what this could be? I have been going to a tanning bed for about a week now, and tan naked, if that would have anything to do with it.

It's not hiv.  Some sort of skin irritation, you should consult a dermatologyst.

Stop going to the tanning salon...you will find out if that is the root of the problem.

Thanks for the responses. My only concern is that there was a few red bumps before i started going to the tanning salon, and also the wetness I feel.
