Really concerned about STD/HIV

Hello there..

Thanks in advance..i am a really worried man now..Last week i went to an very decent strip club in New york and made a mess. i mean i had an un-protected oral sex with the club dancer over there.( i licked her ***** with my tongue). i was not in my control that time and did not know about these STD's as well..after seeing many posts in online now i am worried about the STD's/HIV, whether i received any disease from her..am not quit sure whether she is infected or not. could you please kindly advise the possibilities of STD/HIV for me..am really concerned and sleepless..

so for no symtoms (symptoms)..it is been only 3 days now after the exposure..

please help
